Multi-Engine Instructor Course
Tecnam
The Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) Course is designed for pilots who aspire to teach multi-engine operations, expanding their expertise while enhancing their teaching skills. This program focuses on advanced multi-engine maneuvers, instructional techniques, and FAA standards for safe and effective flight instruction. The course combines hands-on training in the Tecnam P2006T and comprehensive ground instruction to prepare instructors for professional careers in aviation education.

Flight Training
Part 61:
To obtain a Multi-Engine Instructor (MEI) license, a minimum of 15 PIC hours in a multi-engine airplane is required.
The training duration is from 2 weeks to 1 months, depending on the student’s schedule and progress.
Requirements
- Be 18 years old
- Hold a Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine Rating.
- Hold at least a Third Class Medical Certificate.
Paperwork
- Registration form (to be completed at the flight school).
- Copy of passport.
Payment Options
Option 1: As they go
The student has to make payments as he/she progresses through the course. A security deposit of $1,000 is required, which must be paid before the course begins.
Option 2: Pay upfront
The student can choose to pay the total course cost at once before the course starts. By selecting this option, the student will receive a discount on the total course price.
Option 3: Payment plan
The student can choose to pay in monthly installments, obtaining a discount and locking in prices.
