Instrument Rating
The Instrument Rating Course is designed to enhance a pilot’s skills by focusing on advanced navigation, weather interpretation, and instrument-only flight operations. This program prepares pilots to confidently operate aircraft in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) while adhering to FAA standards. The training combines comprehensive ground and flight lessons using modern aircraft and simulators.

Flight Training
Part 61:
To obtain an Instrument Rating, you must fly a minimum of 50 cross-country hours and 40 actual or simulated instrument hours, of which 15 must be with an instructor.
Part 141:
To obtain an Instrument Rating, you must complete a minimum of 35 hours of total training.
The training duration is from 2 to 5 months, depending on the student’s schedule and progress.

- Be able to speak, read, write, and understand English
- Hold an FAA Private Pilot Certificate
- Hold at least a Third Medical Certificate
- Complete TSA approval (for non-U.S. citizens)

Payment Options
Option 1: As they go
The student has to make payments as he/she progresses through the course. A security deposit of $1,000 is required, which must be paid before the course begins.
Option 2: Pay upfront
The student can choose to pay the total course cost at once before the course starts. By selecting this option, the student will receive a discount on the total course price.
Option 3: Payment plan
The student can choose to pay in monthly installments, obtaining a discount and locking in prices.
